We have been told l queries are back on both sides of the chain , our buyers (1st time buyers ) are signing contracts Wednesday, I believe we are also signing next week for buying and selling, and our sellers are signing to
What happens next ? Does this count as exchange?
What is the last possible day to actually move out this month ?
Very hard actually getting proper and correct information from solicitors and estate agents

Answers in line. sounds like you're nearly there, so I would ask your solicitor what else is outstanding and then start provisionally discussing moving dates.kearamorris2020 said:We have been told l queries are back on both sides of the chain , our buyers (1st time buyers ) are signing contracts Wednesday, I believe we are also signing next week for buying and selling, and our sellers are signing to
What happens next ? - your solicitors reviews the searches and information from sellers, to see if there is any cause for concern, and also arranges for funds and proposed completion etc.
Does this count as exchange? - not quite, this is just in preparation, so that upon exchange your solicitor already has the pre-signed contracts and just has to make a phonecall.
What is the last possible day to actually move out this month ? - technically, no restriction. Practically, it'll depend on the all the solicitors are working, when banks are to release funds (if not done ahead) and when the parties can arrange for removals.
Very hard actually getting proper and correct information from solicitors and estate agents - at this stage agents won't have much info to give you, they can only help chase everyone. You should ask your solicitor "what is outstanding?" though0 -
They'll be in contact once everything is to hand and has been reviewed.kearamorris2020 said:

Exchange happens when dates for completion have been agreed and written in the contract. Everyone will get a call to ask them that they are happy to exchange and this goes up and down the chain.
