Court claim parking ticket
1. They issued a PCN 5 days after the alleged offence, no notice to keeper.
2. The PCN did not ask me to name the driver, although I did that on the letter I sent as my son wants to deal with this, as I have no liability.
Is it enough for me to inform the court that I was not the registered keeper at the time, and my attempts to make CEL, ZZPS and QDR of this, or do I have to lodge a full defence.
Thanks in advance

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?
Upon what date did you file an Acknowledgment of Service?
Your MCOL Claim History will have the definitive answer to that.

With a Claim Issue Date of 20th November, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 to file your Defence. That's three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

I think it should be Monday 21st, being 33 days after the issue date of 16th November; (19th being a Saturday).KeithP said:jacscot said:A claim was issued against you on 16/11/2020
