Letter before claim CST Law (attached)

Hi all, I have received a letter before claim from CST law, acting on behalf of debt recovery plus (APCOA) relating to 3 PCN’s I received about 18 month ago. I have naively ignored to this point, however I don’t want this to go to court, nor do I particularly want to pay them the money they are claiming that is owed.
I have read lots of different threads and posts on here and if I’m honest it’s baffling me all the info that is on here. With some contradictions from different people.
can someone please explain to me what my options are or what I should be doing to fight this?
I really don’t want to fall foul to these con artists, but I am so close to paying due to the stress it is causing me.
thanks
thanks

I am reading on the thread, they generally don’t do court for 1 claim, but for multiple they do.Redx said:read this thread first , because you are definitely NOT the firstAPCOA rarely do court claims , but you are not in control of if it goes to court or not0 -
Maybe, maybe not, but what you have there is a debt collector letter pretending to be a letter of claim.
It can safely be ignored, but you should complain to the SRA.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
