I simply Googled Prudential delays it said they have long delays why didn't you do the same?

DH tried to create an on line log in, but it said it couldn't recognise him!!

Prudential has had this information (variations of this) for many, many months; we must be approaching a 6 month anniversary. Well DH had a reply from the Pru, by letter yesterday, so pretty quick. It's basically an update of the current valuation, along with information about what his options are. The papers sent show his retirement date now as his 55th birthday.
Not the actual forms to apply for a small pot withdrawal, so he still has to make contact again. They quote a phone number!
He'll give that number a try first and see how far he gets.
