Balance transfers

I completed a soft search and result was a 90% chance of being accepted for Nat West card if existing customer. Notes said Natwest advised can apply if have existing savings, credit card, mortgage with them. On their website the same offer for balance transfer shows but states I cannot transfer from another NatWest credit card. Didn't know if anyone had had any success with NatWest allowing a balance transfer between their own credit cards please?
