Is anyone else having trouble getting hold of British Gas?
Their phone lines say they are so busy fixing boiler issues that customer services is closed!
Online chat isn't working either.
I've messaged them through their app and they reply saying to call but when you do they're closed and the line cuts off.
It's beyond a joke!
