We're trying to maximise our living space and given our tiny patio a loft conversion seems the smart move.
Our house is an end of terrace with dual aspect (L shape that faces two roads, one being a small cul-de-sac). Is such extension possible?

You may struggle to meet the PD requirements so providing the proposals comply with Planning policies, then yes... it will be possible.0
