BG smart meter payg question

Morning, wondering if any can help me we our smart meter fixed yesterday wasnt sending info we had to manually add credit, we did have a substantial credit in both meters before fix but now now shows 0.00..
We left loads in to cover xmas but now we are worried we have no money...
