Loveholidays chargeback with MasterCard

Not sure if anyone will have the answer.... I submitted a chargeback through my credit card company, the money was credited to my account within days, 45 days passed (MasterCard) and I spoke with my cc company on day 46 to double check all was well and the money was mine for the keeping, I was told it most certainly was and that the holiday company couldn’t raise a claim now as the 45 days had passed. I’ve just checked my cc account this evening and they’ve done a reversal of the charge back after 57 days? Does anybody know where I stand on this as with MasterCard they only have 45 days to dispute it?
I would be most grateful for any input on this?

On what grounds did you request the chargeback?  Was any of the info you supplied to your bank incorrect?   If you were not entitled to a refund they (Love Holidays) may have instigated a reversal, within the time frame, and may have had to provide evidence themselves?  

Did they give you any reason for the reversal?   

If you genuinely feel you are due the money (and not just what you would like) then get back onto your credit card company. 

If you want to provide more info then perhaps people can advise you further such as when/where/how the holiday was to take place.

If loveholidays appealed prior to the 46 days ( and they have been very hot on doing so ) then the reverse is correct . The fact that you were told that nothing had happened by day 47 may be an oversight by MasterCard as the appeal may already have been received but not dealt with .

Personally I've had no problems with loveholidays , full refunds for 2 holidays in a reasonable timeframe .
