A key purse I purchased from Lulu Guiness in June broke a couple of weeks ago. I emailed on the Thursday afternoon explaining what had happened, sending a photo showing the damage. On Friday morning I received a really lovely apology together with confirmation that a replacement was on its way. This arrived on the Saturday morning. Under normal circumstances, that type of customer service would be exceptional, but in the current situation, I think that is pretty amazing.
