So is ebay moving off from paypal for definite?

As per the title "So is ebay moving off from paypal for definite?" If so I can remove all associated cards/bank accounts from it as I've never been 100% convinced of their security (no facts to back this, just me).
Doesn't bother me manually filling in card details every time if paypal would be a better option when paying for those random occasions.

For sellers yes , they no longer have to have a PayPal account as eBay will manage payments. For buyers it’s up to them, under managed payments they can choose how to pay, via PayPal, debit or credit card, Apple Pay and a few other options.Elmer_BeFuddled said:As per the title "So is ebay moving off from paypal for definite?" Yes I’ve just been switched as a private seller. I only sell unused items when I have a clearance around the home and made my first sale yesterday through managed payments. Just getting used to it now.1

As a buyer you could enter credit card details directly into the checkout anyway, you didn't have to store them in paypal.0
