As per the title "So is ebay moving off from paypal for definite?" If so I can remove all associated cards/bank accounts from it as I've never been 100% convinced of their security (no facts to back this, just me).
Doesn't bother me manually filling in card details every time if paypal would be a better option when paying for those random occasions.

I'm writing a book on plagiarism. It wasn't my idea.

I don’t know the current time frame for a full switch, but people seem to be talking about100% roll out by the end of 2021.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes I’ve just been switched as a private seller. I only sell unused items when I have a clearance around the home and made my first sale yesterday through managed payments. Just getting used to it now.1

As a buyer you could enter credit card details directly into the checkout anyway, you didn't have to store them in paypal.0
