ONLINE COMPETITION:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISS FM UK X MISSGUIDED online Competition (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details. One winner will be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random draw.

The winner must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and new winner will be selected.

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw by 9am on Wednesday 16th December 2020 and contacted by KISS.

 

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

 Online entry is free.

 3. DATES

 Start Date and End Dates:

The competition will run from 9am Tuesday 01/12/20 and will close at 9pm Sunday 13/12/20.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

 • Open to UK residents aged 16 years or over on date of entry

 • Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter

 

5. THE PRIZE

One winner will receive:

-              1 x  £1,000 Missguided giftcard

1 x £1,000 Misguided giftcard for a friend (winner must provide details of a friend for the giftcard to be sent to.)

-              A styling session with a Missguided Stylist

This will be a 20-30 minute zoom call

The winners will submit their sizes, and some photos of themselves in advance so some style ideas can be pulled together for them in advance.

Then on the call they can discuss a few different looks i.e casual/ glam/ spring/ summer and some additional outfit ideas.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prize will be provided by Missguided via KISS.

The winners details will be sent to Missguided to fulfil the prize.

The prize winner will be the person who successfully answers the online question correctly.

MISCELLANEOUS.

Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answer to the question must exactly match our answer to win.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control

After filling in your first and last name try using the tab key on the keyboard, it should take you to the next box and you should be able to enter your details.
