LBC from CS Law - SMART Parking and DRP. First time, help?

Hello. I've read through the newbie thread and it was a lot to digest. Was hoping for some help here.
Basically I got 2 PCNs from Pmart Sarking in August last year which I, erroneously appealed identifying me as the driver (please don't crucify me) but then went on to erroneously ignore thinking that it was all just bluster and nothing to worry about.
However, both of these PCNs were for a venue where I was a valued patron, I entered the venue, bought food and drink etc, and (I am presuming, though cannot be certain) that I entered my reg plate incorrectly. Management supported me and said this was not the first time they had issues with SP and have since stopped conducting business with them over the continued issues. So I appealed to both SP and POPLA and got told to go to hell despite the management having my back.

Anyway, after lots of angry letters to me and a call to Don't Reply Please to try and explain I had permission to park at the time which went nowhere, and after failed attempts to get in touch with SMART parking, I have a LBC posted to me since for about a year I have refused to pay that which I do not owe. I read the thread about the SAR and the email to send to CSTL (solicitor haranguing me) along with the SAR itself are attached. I was wondering if anyone would take a look and advise on if I need to add anything/change anything? (Not grammatical or pronoun errors I have fixed these already) Haven't sent these off yet, want to get it right because they are trying to extort me for £370 when I did literally nothing wrong.

I had a look on 'parkingprankster' and the LBC they have sent me has next to none of what his site says that I as the motorist am entitled to. Can I use this at all to help my case? What it says is basically just the dates the PCN numbers and the charges including an admin fee. Then a tonne of stuff 'advising' me on how to pay (obviously).

Also, any advice specifically pertaining to CSTL, DRP and SP would be appreciated. I know that I should have looked at the forum first but please don't give me grief for that it's really not helpful. Its worth mentioning that the charge for the parking violations both times is 'unauthorised parking', which as I previously mentioned, is entirely wrong since I was authorised.

Unless you have a formal LBC notice giving 30 days to pay and including financial forms , ignore them all, because this can only be settled in court by a judge

Meanwhile , email a SAR to the DPO at Smart parking attaching a copy of your V5C as proof of I D under the GDPR law to obtain all your data , the legal beagles template is good for this

If you have an actual LBC from Smart or a solicitor , reply telling them to place on hold for 30 days whilst you seek debt management advice and a SAR reply from Smart

Obtain written proof from the landowner of your permission to park there , signed and dated

Then await an MCOL claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton within the 6 year period allowed for court claims

CST are scamming you and you do not owe.£370 .... A SCAM

But as you say, CST are in their dream world again thinking DRP instructed them.
Circus clowns DO NOT own the debt
    THAT IS COMPLETE NONSENSE

Read the following thread and do what everyone else does.
CST are just sending out rubbish letters and we have yet to a real court claim.
With such rubbish, CST would get a severe spanking from a judge

Read what Pete Wishart MP said recently in the House of commons about Smart Parking.

"I am sick and tired of receiving emails from people complaining about the behaviour of parking companies, telling me that they will never again visit Perth city centre because of the negative experience they had when they had the misfortune to end up in a car park operated by one of these companies. I have received more complaints about one car park in the city of Perth than about any other issue. That car park is operated by the lone ranger of the parking cowboys: the hated and appalling Smart Parking—I see that many other Members are unfortunate enough to have Smart Parking operating in their constituencies. It has reached the stage where one member of my staff now spends a good part of each day just helping my constituents and visitors to my constituency to navigate the appeals process.

The BPA does not have the ability to regulate these companies and has shown no sign whatsoever that it is trying to get on top of some of the sharper practices. The BPA gives a veneer of legitimacy to some of the more outlandish rogue operators by including them in their membership, allowing them to continue to operate. The Bill will oblige operators such as Smart Parking to amend their practices.

Why not complain to your own MP?

Get written evidence from the establishment you visited about the issues around previous failure of the system to correctly record VRMs and the termination of relationships with Smart Parking. Save for posterity!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
