From midnight Sunday 20th December 2020, Debenhams will no longer be accepting Debenhams gift cards, e-gift cards or vouchers on line or in stores.

Does anyone know if returns are allowed if the purchase was made on gift card?  If so does this come as some equivalent of gift card?

According to 'Debenhams Official' on Facebook, they have stated the following;

'We are currently confirming the process on how we will refund balances that are due to go back onto gift cards'
