Is there something wrong with the Travel Republic website?
I am staying in a 5 star hotel in Sharm el Sheikh all inclusive from 13 December.
It cost 248 pounds.
Last week I looked at 10 days in January, and it was still 248.
Today it is showing 2,482 pounds bed and breakfast.
On The Beach has it for 250 pounds 10 days AI in January.
Something not right.

I paid 248 pounds for 10 nights.
It is showing as 2,470 for 10 nights, 12 pounds cheaper than before yesterday!

Last month I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Sharm.el Sheikh.

They said I could stay with them only if I paid in cash which was 45 pounds a night.

When I was there I asked at reception if next time I could book online, and they said yes.

I booked 10 days with Travel Republic from 13 December at 25 pounds a night.

I am living in Sharm.

I asked my friend Saleh who is a reservation manager in a hotel today, to phone the hotel and confirm they have my booking.

He was told the hotel only deals with Booking.com and Expedia.

They are 35 pounds a night.

I have an email from TR with confirmation of my booking.

If I turn up at the hotel with a printout of my booking with TR, can they refuse  me?

The hotelier maintains a right to refuse or to reject any guest if there is cause or reason.  I would however think it very unlikely in your case providing you have met all conditions of booking and not trying to circumnavigate them. 

Any Travel Republic reservation is likely to be fulfilled by Yalago. Both are trading divisions of Dnata Travel. Your confirmation voucher should indicate the booking provider and/or contact for a local agent if you have problems or questions.

I believe you have been in Egypt for some time and also I am not not sure of your nationality.  Some Egyptian hotels will have specific rates for certain nationalities or residents of different countries. TR state that if this applies to you that you should contact them.

TR booking terms state “The published prices are based on Customers Residing in and/or Travelling from the country in which they booked their accommodation / holiday. Non-residents may incur additional charges on check-in depending on their country of residence as detailed in the booking conditions/notes. Proof of residency may be required.” 

Also keep in mind current Egyptian Covid testing rules. Certain proof of tests are required and you will be possibly classed as a new arrival/check-in even though you have been in Egypt for a while and just moving between hotels.

I asked my friend to check the same dates.
She is getting 248 pounds all inclusive in January.
I am still getting 2,470.

I guess a slim chance that as you are already in Egypt that the pricing, or offer, is geo-fenced and not available to you. Travel Republic is after all a UK trading business marketing to UK located customers.  Have you tried using a VPN?
As you have not mentioned the hotel, dates, duration etc - I doubt anyone here will be able to tell you for sure if it is available at £248 or £2470.

I have asked 2 friends to check the same dates in January for 10 days.
One in England, and one an Egyptian friend here in Sharm.
They are both getting 248 pounds.
I am still getting 2470.
I have posted this in the techie forum, hoping some techie person can explain.

Got a reply right away on Techie.
Someone said change the browser.
I went from Google Chrome to another browser and am now getting 250 pounds for 10 days AI.
Really don't understand why on Google Chrome they were asking 2,400.
