Hoping this isn't going to be one of many threads on the subject, but others can tag on questions below too if they wish
I bought some items from Dorothy Perkins a couple of weeks ago, returned part of the order on the 21st, and can see they arrived back at the warehouse on the 24th. Dorothy Perkins website says it takes 14 days to approve refunds after items are posted, and then it can then take 5 days for the money to reach your account (should receive by 10th on this basis). With the company now in administration, am I still entitled to my refund, or is it not guaranteed any more?
I feel like I know the answer, but just want to know whether to write it off or not...

Did you buy online? If yes then you may be able to do a chargeback for the refund, even if they are in administration.0

Yes, bought online. How does a chargeback work?0

There's an MSE article about chargebacks - I suggest you read it ... it'll be more enlightening than I can be.

Thanks

It seems I've used PayPal, so that might complicate things. Also just unsure how all this works with returning goods. I've not been caught up with administration issues before, it's really just teaching me why I hate shopping online
