1. Organiser and Eligibility

1.1 Advent Prize Giveaway (hereafter the "Contest") is organised by Kimmitt & Roberts (hereafter the "Organiser"). By participating in the Contest, you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Kimmitt & Roberts

1.2 The Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of UK above 18 years of age.

1.3 The Contest is not open to the Contest administrators and their immediate family members, and/or representatives, employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members.

2. Contest Period

2.1 The Contest is valid from 1st December 2020 to 25th December 2020. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the validity period of the Contest at any time without prior notice. There is 25 competions, one a day from 1st December. A name will be drawn daily relating to the contest on that day. The name is selected at random every evening around 6:00pm December 1st- 25th by a director of Kimmitt & Roberts Estate Agents Limited.

2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result.

3. How to Participate & Prizes

3.1 To participate in the Contest, participants are required to follow the instructions provided in the Kimmitt & Roberts Contest post.

3.2 Any Entry submitted under the 'Terms and Conditions' section of the Contest post will not be considered.

3.3 There will be only one winner for the Contest (daily), selected by the Organiser. The named winner will receive the prize advertised that day. Further instructions will be provided to the winner.

3.4 Each participant can only win one prize in the Contest. Each household can only have one winner from the Contest.

3.5 The winners will be announced on the Kimmitt & Roberts Facebook page. The Organiser will contact the winners via Facebook private messag to arrange for the collection or posting of prizes.

3.6 The prize collection or postage details will be sent to the selected winners once the details have been confirmed.

3.7 In the event that the winners cannot be reached via Facebook private message or email after three (3) days, their prizes may be forfeited and a new winner may be selected. The Organiser reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner deemed fit.

3.8 The Organiser is not responsible for failure to contact any winners as a result of invalid contact information provided.

3.9 The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any defects and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.

3.10 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or lesser value at any point in time without prior notice. Prizes may not be exchanged with the Organiser for cash.

3.11 By participating in the Contest, winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to the Organiser to publish any related matter to their Entries including and not limited to the winners' names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.

3.12 The Organiser's decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all users in the Contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained.

4. Conditions for a Valid Entry and Disqualification

4.1 An Entry is considered valid if it complies with all of the following:

4.1.1 Meet the eligibility requirements set out in clauses 2 and 3 above; and

4.1.2 Must not contain any language that is pornographic, obscene, sexually suggestive, racist, in some manner offensive to a particular group or individual, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Organiser. The Organiser's decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained.

4.2 The Organiser reserves the right to reject and remove any Entry it deemed to be a violation of clause 4.1 at any point during the validity period of the Contest without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. The Organiser's decision is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained.

4.3 The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant deemed to be tampering with the Entry submission or the operation of the Contest, acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence shall be entertained.

5. Liability

5.1 The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for: Any damage or loss of whatsoever nature or disappointment suffered by any participant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest. The reasons may include, but are not limited to technical, hardware, software, telephone or internet functioning issues, virus contamination, network or human errors, howsoever caused, including through the Organiser's negligence.

6. Personal Data

6.1 By participating in the Contest, the participant hereby irrevocably agrees and gives consent to the Organiser to record, store or otherwise process his/her personal data including full name, identification number, contact number and email for purposes relating to the administration of the Contest and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and the Organiser's other legitimate business purpose.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing information to Kimmitt & Roberts and not to Facebook.
