Deenergised electric meter
Can someone please help. I have been trying to get Scottish power for months now to energise my electric flow so the meter number is recognised with the mpan number on the national grid. I have complained to the ombudsman and have around 80 emails from September with a complaint reference. Each time I call, they put me to a different department within Scottish power, with no one actually dealing with my complaint. I find it difficult to understand why an electric provider can’t energise the mpan and meter number so I can get a proper account set up, pay for the electric that I have used. Does anyone have any advice as apparently they don’t have a complaints department that you can discuss the issue with you have to wait for a call back. I’m actually really upset by incompetence of Scottish power and don’t know what else to do for them to complete what is being asked.
