    As the registered keeper needs to be the one to SORN it, can anyone other than the registered keeper be in trouble for not SORNing it?
    The big question would normally be how somebody else had done it...

    But in this case, the exec/admin of the estate is acting as the deceased, so it's the same difference.

    Thinking back we didn’t bother with SORN and I took the vehicle over a few months later. It just stayed in the garage during this period. I wasn’t the executor but did deal with the car.
