London & General to ReAssure?

Hi everyone, hope you're all feeling good.
I recently had notice that London & General were going to transfer my investment With Profits Growth Bond to ReAssure Limited and was given activation codes to enter onto their website, in the meantime all trace of investment bonds have gone from London & Generals site which has got me very nervous to say the least as I had no way of knowing if my money was safe or if I was being scammed as I hadn't heard of ReAssure.  Has anyone else had these letters and will I be OK entering my details onto their website reassure.co.uk.

Never heard of London & General, closest thing I could find was the London General bus company.

ReAssure are a genuine company and have recently bought a load of Legal & General accounts.

Use the activation codes to register for their website to see your investments.

It may be a good prompt to review these investments for value and alignment against your objectives.

No need to be nervous.   L&G sold its unwanted legacy life and pensions book to ReAssure.     That is why it doesnt appear on L&Gs website any more and why ReAssure are trying to set up you on their website.

A major company which is currently being bought by Phoenix (a much bigger company).
