I sent everything in with my letter in September
The council have never given any indication that they're looking into anything or asked for further information- I've offered that several times. They just keep telling me they will contact me if needed

Have you raised this delay with your local ward councillors, as I suggested several weeks back?

CC the Head of Benefits and Revenues (check exact title & name on council website), and detail your contacts with the dept and their responses.

A letter to a councillor will often result in the council dealing with things more speedily, and exercising more care.
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

Yes, I did. My ward town counsellor and our county councillor too as I didn't get a reply from the town council.
