Terms and Conditions for Superdrug Mobile’s 12 Days of Christmas Prize Draw

Entry to Superdrug Mobile’s “12 days of Christmas” prize draw run via Instagram (the “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, except employees of Superdrug Stores plc or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw will run from 1 December 2020 to 23:59 on 12 December 2020 (the “Promotional Period”).
There will be twelve (12) Prize Draw posts over the Promotional Period, one (1) for each day the Prize Draw runs.
To enter the Prize Draw, you must follow @superdrugmobile, like the relevant Prize Draw post and: a. 1 December 2020 – tag a friend who’s already started their Christmas shopping b. 2 December 2020 – tag a friend who’s already started their Christmas wrapping c. 3 December 2020 – comment your favourite Christmas film & tag a friend d. 4 December 2020 – comment your favourite Christmas song & tag a friend e. 5 December 2020 – comment with your favourite Christmas emoji & tag a friend f. 6 December 2020 – tag your bestie g. 7 December 2020 – comment your favourite Christmas reindeer & tag a friend h. 8 December 2020 – tag a friend who’s obsessed with Christmas i. 9 December 2020 – comment with your favourite Christmas emoji & tag a friend j. 10 December 2020 – tag your bestie k. 11 December 2020 – comment your favourite Christmas food & tag a friend l. 12 December 2020 – tag a friend who’s obsessed with Christmas
There is a limit of one entry per person per day throughout the Promotional Period. Multiple entries on the same day or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
There will be one (1) prize winner per day of the Prize Draw with a total of twelve (12) winners over the Promotional Period.
One winner (12 winners in total) will be selected from each post to receive the prize listed below: a. 1 December 2020 – Pearl White Instax Square SQ6 Camera b. 2 December 2020 – Black Apple TV, 32GB c. 3 December 2020 – HP Chromebook d. 4 December 2020 – Black Fitbit Versa e. 5 December 2020 – White Instax Mini 9 Camera f. 6 December 2020 – Black Bose Revolve Speaker g. 7 December 2020 – iPad, 32GB (7th Gen) & Anker power bank h. 8 December 2020 – Green Instax Mini 9 Camera i. 9 December 2020 – Bose Mini Sound Link Speaker j. 10 December 2020 – Black iPhone 11, 64GB & Anker power bank k. 11 December 2020 – Black Fitbit Versa l. 12 December 2020 – HP Chromebook
The winner for each day of the Promotional Period will be selected at random from all eligible entries within three (3) days of the end of the Promotional Period. Winners will be notified by a comment on the Prize Draw post and by direct message by 23 December 2020.
Unless otherwise stated, the winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. If they do not do so, then Superdrug Mobile reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize(s) will be sent by Special Delivery post within twenty eight (28) days of the winners claiming their prize and providing their details to Superdrug Mobile.
Any decision of Superdrug Mobile as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Superdrug Mobile accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason.
There are no cash alternatives to the prizes.
Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Superdrug Mobile reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
Superdrug Mobile reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s terms of service.
The winners’ surnames and counties will be available on request between 7 January 2021 and 7 February 2021 by sending an email to social@superdrugmobile.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to social@superdrugmobile.com by 6 January 2021. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
Entrants confirm that they are the creators and owners of the image/text/Prize Draw entry which they submit as part of the Prize Draw. Entrants agree that they have obtained any necessary consents, including permission from any third parties featuring in the entry.
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants assign their rights and interests in the entry to Superdrug Mobile. Superdrug Mobile may use the entry for their own purposes, including the right to adapt the entry and to use it for commercial gain including but not limited to featuring the image/text/Prize Draw entry in email communications and across Superdrug Mobile social media platforms.
By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Superdrug Mobile for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with Superdrug Mobile’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at http://superdrugmobile.azureedge.net/pdfs/Superdrug-Mobile-Privacy-Policy.pdf.
The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes. The winners agree to participate if requested.
The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
Entrants acknowledge and accept Instagram will not have any liability to the entrants and entrants fully release Instagram from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
