Hi my credit rating has dropped 200+ points. The reason given is “new address added to mortgage”
does anyone have any suggestion as to what’s going on?

If there's nothing newly negative on your file, I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably an erroneous alert.0

I get similar alerts all the time, nothing ever changes on my file as i never use credit.I think the system is programed to "nudge" you every so often to "prompt" you to visit their site, using a 200 point drop as an incentive to do so.Mainly smoke and mirrors, most of it.Bit like trump and his allegations of vote rigging, all hot air.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
