Villa+ just received a voucher with no communication between us as we are again in lockdown the whole of uk and was told villa available so not their problem but I wonder how they thought I could go as no flights and villa+ not selling villas with flights 
I quoted BBC&WHICH and was told this doesn’t apply 
Anyone else has same issue ?? 

Any advise would be welcome

Have they sent you a credit voucher as you are unable to go on holiday to the villa?

If this was for an overseas villa and you booked villa only, whilst blunt in wording that this is not their problem, technically they are right.  If the villa is still available then it is not their concern how you get to the villa.  The offer of a credit voucher is actually more than they might need to offer you.

If you no longer wish to go, potentially the loss is yours. The credit voucher might be a good offer to take. If because of what you call the ‘lockdown’ you are saying you can not go then this would be a travel insurance claim.

If booked as an overseas package with flights then different situation if say flights cancelled.

When/where?  It is true if you book accommodation separately it isn’t their concern how you get there.  As long as the accommodation is up and running they owe you nothing.   As previous says if your insurance doesn’t cover you then a voucher for future use is as good a deal as you will get.   Not what you want to hear I know but if you read back you will see lots of similar enquiries with similar responses.

How you get there isn't their problem - why would they think about how you get there?
That's your issue, not theirs and doesn't affect your rights in the slightest.
