I suggest you look on the relevant website for the particular city or country and see if bars/clubs have been told they can open.4

Looks to me like OP just lazily copy/pasted the destination list for their budget airline of choice and wants to pick one based on availability of alcohol once there, rather unusual criteria for a foreign trip!3
