Composite Front Door

Currently planning on replacing my front door with a new Composite door.
Have received a number of quotes. In order to compare them I'm looking for some views on the three different door manufacturers that are supplying the doors. The three manufacturers are Door-Stop, Solidor and Sliders. One fitter has quoted for both Door-Stop and Solidor with a £300 difference between the two. A further fitter has quoted for a Door-Stop door (50% more expensive) making the comparison between those straightforward. The third company, long-standing and seemingly well regarded have quoted for the Sliders Door which has made comparison more difficult. The price is similar to the cheaper Door-Stop door quote from the fitter that has quoted for two different manufacturers.
Has anyone got an opinion on the relative merits of these manufacturers?

Can't compare them but we had a Solidor fitted very recently and can't fault it.0

+1 for Solidor. Had one fitted recently and also cant fault it, particularly its insulating properties as the hallway is much warmer.
Of course, will also depend on getting a good fitter!

we don't make bad doors anymore . They have to meet certain regs and standards to be accepted for creditation by the governing bodies . I fit doorstop a few a month for a building firm theyre decent doors . Solidoor is a bit fiddly to get the locks right (less play) rockdoors are taking a bit of a hiding in the trade recently due to bowing . Xtreme doors is what I fit most , a few a week . seem to have all the right properties and a rarely have to return

We had a solidoor fitted by timber composite doors .com and they were very good. Didn’t have much room for negotiation in pride but we got door bar upgraded and extra ultima keys thrown in.Love the door and had no problems - most issues are installer related and the guys they used were good. You can upload a photo of your door and see what the new one would look like which is good 👍🏻0
