Hi All,
Back in July, I ordered a car seat from "Online4Baby", it arrived damaged so it was returned via recorded post. Since then there has been no refund, I have contacted the company three times and emailed them to no avail, no response has been attained. What are my options?
Thanks in advance

Contact your bank and do a chargeback1

Depends if you are within 120 days0

Is it 120 days from purchase/delivery or 120 days from return? (Although in this instance it is >120 days in either case).
If a chargeback fails then send then a Letter Before Action followed by an MCOL claim (assuming that they're a UK company).0 -
It will be 120 days from return.
But you need to have proof it has been received by the company.Life in the slow lane0
