Sorry that you lost out. Hopefully motorists will not have to be subjected to the DJ lottery when the new CoP is introduced. It should reduce the number of claims reaching the court stage.

If it is any consolation it would have cost the PPC more than they will get back to pursue you through the court. The impact of the pandemic will be hitting their business badly by now.
