More here than we are being told.   I suspect that OP had a considerable debt to start of with.

The ombudsman do deal with complaints from micro businesses.

@stewie_griffin    Thank you for the info.

I've just checked my out of contract rates - although high they are not 3 times. Perhaps the 3 times is a change of DD as Eon attempts to claw back the debt.

Hopefully @clairewinterbourne will come back to us with more info.
