Best Smart Meter Energy Provider?
Very long story short - I’m currently with Boost on smart meter for gas and electricity, absolutely fine until today - I top up once a month via the app and can monitor my usage also via the app.
Today they decided without warning to separate my gas and electricity accounts, it’s caused loss of services whilst I’m working from home and am also disabled and cannot access my meters as they are in an outside shed. Turns out the app and online top up has been scapped and I now have to top up at a shop - they still haven’t explained how I monitor my usage 🤔
Anyway - I’m looking for a new supplier that can give me an app and where I can top up online without touching the meters.
ive tried price comparisons sites but there is no info on the top up methods/app etc
Can anyone suggest a suitable supplier?
