Dripping Bristan Digital Shower

I wanted to update this thread in case anyone has a similar issue in the future. So Bristan did send a cheque out and I used to it help buy a new mixer valve from Mira. Mira's valve was £365, I also paid roughly £150 for the labour. Had the Mira shower valve for about a month now and seems ok. Its quieter and more responsive than the Bristan one. The Mira valve has come with a 5 yr warranty as well.

We have the same issue. We got a refund. Spoke to our friendly guy in Plumbase, seem Trump is to blame!! I kid you not. Seems one of the countries he banned imports from produced spares for this particular unit and the knock on effect was that they were also not available in UK, not sure how but thats the story apparently.0

Hope it's ok opening this thread back up. We just moved into a house with this shower and it's dripping is driving us crazy! Did you buy the shower so had the warranty information or is it recorded on the mixer by any chance (e.g. serial number)?

Realise this is an old thread but thought I would try and ask a question.
We have the same shower. Same issue. Out of warranty.
When you replaced the Mira valve did you also replace the wireless control or keep the old Bristan one? If kept the old old one how did you link it to the valve box?
Seems to me that this Bristan product was poor despite being a supposedly "premium" make.0
