Put the Defendant's name in the box and ring Defendant.

Things are going to get much more difficult.

Many thanks, and I will endeavour to do so. In my defence it seemed superfluous as contact details including name are requested lower down. (Let's hope my defence against the PCN is more robust than that...)

Unfortunately, I have another query if anyone would mind helping with: at the top of the form is a box "In the...."

The returned DQ from bwlegal have written County Court at Northampton (CCBC) in that box.

Do I write the same, or write my local county court as requested in D1, or leave it blank (allowing for a change to my local county court)?

I assure you I have tried to find an answer to that in the newbie threads, and wasn't able to find one.

It should read... In the County Court Business Centre.

Do not use the DQ sent to you by the scammers or scamlicitors.
Use either one sent to you by the court one you have downloaded from the internet.
Enter the details of the court where you want the case to be heard.

I believe all this is detailed in the guide to court written by bargepole in the NEWBIES.

I am going to use the one sent by the court.

Bargepole's guide written about the DQ mentions section D where I enter my local CC details, which I have done.

But I was talking about the "In the" box at the top of the page, for which there is no mention. I will go with Keith and put CCBC.
