Savile Row Company Shirts Etc., Superb Customer Service

I have been a customer of https://savilerowco.com/ for quite a few years now, having found that their shirts etc are quality cloth and cut and excellent VFM, especially if you are on their mailing list so get their sale and clearance offers (and if, like me, you have grown an overhang above your belt line over the years, Classic Fit caters for this!). For the first time ever today I had a delivery problem, an order arrived but instead of the 3 items I had ordered it had my delivery ticket, another delivery ticket for a gentleman in London and the 2 pairs of trousers he had ordered - but none of my 3 items. 1 phone call to them, and straight away they've organised for the incorrect order to be collected tomorrow by RM, emailed me a delivery label to attach to the parcel, got my order replaced with 24 hour delivery and added a FOC silk tie in apology! Could not ask for better customer service, absolutely fautless, they even phoned back to make sure I'd received the email delivery label.

Another aspect I like is that on many of their long sleeve shirts they offer not just standard sleeve length but also shorter by 1-2" (good for shorties like me) or longer by 2", good for my 6ft 3" SIL.

There is no such company registered. 

There is a THE SAVILE ROW (SHIRT) COMPANY LIMITED
which is a dormant company https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/03366981

There was a  THE SAVILE ROW TRADING COMPANY LIMITED
which appears to be dissolved https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/FC018347

There is a THE SAVILE ROW HOLDING COMPANY LTD
whose overseas address is stated as London, Northern Ireland, NW11 7EA which is obviously incorrect.  https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/FC014973

Note I'm not saying there is anything dodgy about this company, but I like to know who I am dealing with when I shop, especially online, and this isn't clear, notably the fact the company named doesn't actually exist with that name. 

I welcome the company directors to clarify anything I've stated and will happily correct any mistakes in the above.

This one looks legit. Right name and a legitimate address. Been around since 1989.

Agreed that looks legit - but still odd how they would structure the name "Savile Row Company Limited - The"  but in turn the controlling interest is The Savile Row Holding Company Limited.
