I could be wrong but am not aware of any current account imposing a limit of how many savings accounts can be linked to it, and am unsure how (or indeed why) that would be implemented - is there anything that makes you think this is an issue?1

There are no savings accounts attached to the Nationwide FlexPlus. You can have as many savings accounts as Nationwide will let you have. Although I would ask why you would choose Nationwide for savings, as their rates have been appalling for sometime now.
Virgin Money, for instance, have far more attractive rates, and they do specifically cater for fans of piggybank savings.2 -
Would agree with colsten in that Nationwide do not require savings accounts to be 'attached' to a current account
the only requirement may be that certain savings accounts require you to actually have a current account with them0 -
Halifax allow you to hold 5 instant saver accounts, though there is no requirement to be a current account holder too.
I have one Nationwide Flex Online Saver, and that was created by Nationwide to transfer my Regular Saver to on maturity in April 2020.
It has a rate of 0.01%, and a balance of £0.00
After Research on Nationwide website:
It would appear that you can only hold one instant access savings account with Nationwide, according to condition 5 in this document https://www.nationwide.co.uk/-/media/MainSite/documents/products/savings/terms-and-conditions/P3492-instant-access-saver.pdf
"5. If you already have other Instant Access Saver accounts with us, we may refuse to allow you to open a new Instant Access Saver account with us."
Though the key words in there are "may refuse"0 -
I’ve got 3 instant access accounts with nationwide (I know rates are awful!).1

how many savings account can you have linked to a NW current account.?I'm not clear whether you mean savings accounts with Nationwide or outside it. However:- Nationwide's savings interest rates are terrible, so I'm assuming that you mean savings accounts with other providers;
- As far as I know (and as others have said), no current account imposes any limit on savings accounts with other providers;
- For what it's worth, I had five savings accounts with other providers linked to my Nationwide current account until earlier this week (two easy-access and three regular savers). (I've since closed one of the easy-access accounts.)
