So still waiting for his mortgage offer. They have told him 3-5 working days still. However, did find out that he is using a broker now - and they did a drive by valuation over a week ago. Good signs?
Telling you, its driving me nuts - only about 2 weeks away from contracts now and this guy still doesnt have a mortgage offer!!0 -
