IVA/Debt arrangement scheme due to fall off?

Hi everyone.
Cutting a very long story short, a debt arrangement scheme (showing in the court information of my Equifax report) is due to fall off my report next month (Started 10/12/2014) - I have a couple of questions..
Does anyone know if it immediately falls off, or if it takes some time? (I am in no rush its just for information)
Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, is there likely to be an immediate "boost" to the Equifax credit score once it is removed?
Thanks
Barry

Barry your score is not important, your file will update when the CRA`s update, next month, whatever date that may be.The score is used as a marketing gimic, so even a 999 rating may not make a whole load of difference to a lender.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. They update every so often, may be weekly or monthlyThe score makes NO difference to a lender, they never see the score you see0
