Identifying wood floor.

Does anyone know what kind of floor this is? It was in the hallway when I bought the house and I'm wanting to find some more and extend it into the dining room. I'm thinking it's engineered Wood but it is made up of lots of thin strips and I haven't been able to find anything similar. Can anyone help?!
