Can anyone give me any advice how to complain about BG? Had a new boiler fitted and it has turned into a nightmare. Quoting and charging for work and materials never done. Such as removing water tanks in the loft that never happened as they were plastic, they are now coming back two weeks later after seeing we were charged for their removal. Also charging for metres upon metres of copper piping never used. The works also caused damage to original system casing part of the ceiling to be removed two weeks later
All my faith has been lost in them.
