Enstroga debt collection on final bill

Anyone else had a problem with Enstroga pursuing your final bill through a debt collection agency. After I cancelled my direct debit at the end of my contract I got a notice from enstroga. I eagerly awaited details of how I could make the final payment. Next thing I heard was a debt collection agency was chasing me for the final bill and added £21 for the privilege. I had not been told by enstroga how to pay the final bill. Enstroga claim they are on online company so do not do telephones and letters. It's all by emails that do not arrive.

They would probably take final bill by D/D. Dificult if you have cancelled.
