Would any Quantity Surveyors / Builders be able to give a rough idea of how much a 4x5m single storey extension on a 3 bed house should cost in the northwest / Merseyside area.
Mine is - Bifold doors & Lantern - steel
3 slim UPVC windows (700x500)
Internal wall erected
Downstairs under stairs toilet changed / sink added - fitting cost only

We have had an extension and stupidly did not get other quotes for the work as it was a family friend. The builder now wants to increase costs that to us seem unreasonable but it would be good to gauge what others have paid.
Any advice more than welcome
