Electoral roll changes?

I’ve had a notification from a credit agency that I belong to this morning telling me that my electoral status is changing.I’m being removed from the electoral roll cycle and have been added to the rolling register.
I’ve not been able to find any information about this in Google so I’ve no idea what the difference is or what effect it will have on a credit score.
Would anyone have any knowledge on this please?
Thank you

Did you maybe forget to respond to your local council's annual canvas? (Not sure if this result in removal). Could somebody else have removed you without your knowledge? The only scenario I can think of is that you moved out of a rental and whoever lives there now noted you don't live there anymore when they returned the form.
I believe the rolling registration is when they make changes to the register (adding/removing people).
If you know you should still be on it at your current address I'd recommend contacting your local council.1 -

Thank you for your help. I’ve been at the same address for several years so it can’t be that. I don’t remember receiving anything that I needed to respond to but I have just emailed my council as you suggest so hopefully they can advise. I’m guessing they can add me back on?1 -
Did you receive anything addressed to the occupier from September onwards as that's when the letters and reminders go out.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

I got an email back in July from Bristol CC (it's usually by post but I guess with Covid they did it via email where possible). Not sure when your local council would have sent something but I believe the updated register is due to be published on the 1st of December so you should have received something in the last few months.
If you have been removed the council may ask you to apply to go back on. Very simple process but could take a few months before it shows up on your credit file.
If you haven't been removed, get the council to confirm you are still on it and send this to the relevant credit rating agency.1 -
