Travel insurance delaying tactics?

Thanks. I'm happy to be patient but was just a little worried if I sit back and wait I may fall foul of some time limitation. If that's not an issue I will just keep asking Amex for an update monthly and sending the reply to my travel insurance.

Hi all
EasyJet owe me compensation from Feb 2020 for a delayed flight which they have agreed to pay. I have been chasing them for 10 months and they keep failing to make the transaction to my bank. It's so frustrating! each time I speak to their Customer Service team they tell me to wait 2 weeks for a response and then  another 2 weeks for a transaction. But Each time nothing gets paid into my bank account - over the course of the 10 months i have given 3 different accounts but they still have failed to pay. 
Its like smacking my head against a brick wall each time. 
Is there a way i can escalate this handling of the case? the CS team are hopeless and just repeat the same phrases to me each time.
