Leaking Rad

Please can anyone give me some advice? I have discovered exactly where the water is dripping from, it is coming from where the arrow is pointing too on my bathroom rad. All other valves are dry. If he's doing the job, just let him get on with whatever method he prefers :-) I presume he's given you a ballpark figure for replacing this valve?

He can either drain down the whole system and refill afterwards, or he can shut off the other valve on that rad to isolate it, and freeze the pipe leading to the valve he's going to replace.

When he's done, it'll all be back to normal :-)
