I have been made redundant today and i have to claim my wage, holidays, redundancy and notice monies from the government.
I am panicking as i was due to be paid in 2 days. How long does it take to get each of the payments?
I am just mind boggled 😔

Hi, I’ve recently been in the same situation and I’m sorry to say it’ll be quite a while before you get any money from the insolvency service. You’ll probably receive your redundancy pay first then any outstanding wages or holiday followed by your notice pay depending on how many weeks you’re entitled to. My first payment was received approx 1 month after I submitted the claim. It’s very important to claim any benefits immediately as they will deduct this from any payment due even if you don’t claim it. Also if you delay they want to know why!0

Earlier on in the year my son was in this situation, took a couple of months before he got his payout.0
