Does this mean the default is being removed,
It would appear due to an error which occurred with our Cais report which reported this default as being a loan instead of a mail order.
This error has since been rectified and we are sorry for any confusion caused as this was never our intention.
Please be assured our Cais report which is due to be sent on the 15th December 2020 to all relevant credit reference agencies, will reflect our request for removal which means...... will no longer appear against your credit file.

Did the mail order account default?Hi it was the company’s name Meriglens investments. Yes the mail order defaulted 2017 they sold it to Meriglens March 2020 I satisfied the account with Merigens and raised a dispute as wasnt even aware I have a issue with my mail order in the first place so ended up with 2 defaults for the same thing same date and one was marked a personal loan and other mail order, both should have been mail order but wasn’t.0
