By phone? Take a few deep breaths, and jot down some notes of things you might forget to say. I hope someone who's had one will be along soon.
One fairly common theme is that the time you're supposed to be phoned may not be the time you're actually phoned. Again, if the time comes and goes with no call, take a few deep breaths ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
@Savvy_Sue Thanks for getting back to me, yes it is a phone assessment and its making me so nervous only got the letter this yesterday morning i feel that isn't enough notice but i am going to try and get on with it, my call is meant to be around 12pm so i am making sure my phone is fully charged for tomorrow.

Excellent. I'd also recommend a late morning snack, and planning a simple lunch which won't spoil or go cold if the call is late or goes on longer than you expect. If you're eating a sandwich when they call, you can just push the plate to one side: if you've just tucked into roast beef with all the trimmings it's a little more irritating.Signature removed for peace of mind0

If you kept a copy (you should have) of the form you filled in then have a read of that before the assessment. Part of it will be to confirm what you wrote in the form as well as any other additional information they ask. It will be based on how your conditions affect your daily life.Phone calls can last anything from 20 - 120 minutes. If you have someone to be with you then i'd advise you to ask them, although it's tomorrow so understand there may not be time to ask someone. You can put the phone on loud speaker so they will be able to hear what's being said too.Good luck.1
