Just to throw another idea into the mix, if I was to pay off the outstanding mortgage balance and my daughter pay me back when the flat is sold? what are the implications etc etc

We've had several viewings and some crazy offers like £70k, we had one offer of £89k accepted the offer but she turned out to be a dreamer. When lending her the money I thought I might have to fill out money laundering forms etc etc a right pain.AdrianC said:
