Christmas is coming to Sky Cinema, and the ULTIMATE family Christmas experience could be coming to your door this year, thanks to The Chris Evans Breakfast Show.

We're looking for 12 Families of Christmas to compete for this prize by recording a festive song for us!

Chris Evans and his little helpers (our judging panel) will shortlist 12 songs, based on the following judging criteria:

- Enthusiasm (marks out of 5)

- Creativity (marks out of 5)

- Christmassy-ness (marks out of 5)

- Catchiness (marks out of of 5)

- Cute Factor (marks out of 10)

The 12 shortlisted families' songs will be played on the show between Monday 14th and Thursday 17th December. Then, on Friday 18th December, 4 finalists will compete for the ultimate prize...

1 overall winner will receive:

- Their very own home cinema – with Sky Q (including Sky Cinema) free for a year, a HD projector and sound system

- A luxury Christmas Day - including all their food prepared by a professional chef

- Christmas presents for friends and family

- Winter Wonderland magic brought to their home (decorations galore!)

- A £2000 donation to their chosen charity or foodbank

11 runners-up winners will receive:

- Sky Q (including Sky Cinema) free for a year

- 43” UHD TV

- Sky Soundbox

- A donation to their chosen charity or foodbank

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There will be 1 overall winner and 11 runner up winners. Each of the 12 winners will receive one prize package only.

The 1 x overall winner’s prize will consist of the following:

1 x Sky Q Complete Bundle TV package including Sky Sports Complete and Sky Cinema

1 x Sky Q Multiscreen subscription; and

Free standard installation provided by Sky subject to the Prize Conditions

Sky will also loan the prize winner 1 x Sky Q 2TB box and 1 x Sky Q Mini box at no charge

Food for the family for Christmas Day to include Breakfast, a 3-Course Christmas Dinner, snacks and an Evening Feast, as well as both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

The Prize will be subject to the Prize Conditions (as defined below)

1. The following terms shall apply to the Sky Q Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

a) The winner will be required to enter into a new Sky Q TV subscription contract. If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer, your existing Sky TV subscriptions will come to an end and you must enter into a new Sky Q TV subscription contract.

b) After your 12 month free Sky Q TV subscription comes to an end, standard subscription length (18 months) and prices at the time of re-contracting will apply, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom.

c) The Prize does not include:

- A broadband subscription (to experience Sky Q features to the full, we recommend connecting your boxes to home broadband);

- Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events

d) Watching on an extra TV screen comes at a one-off cost of £99 and Sky will loan you an extra Sky Q Mini at no cost (recommend connecting no more than 4 Sky Q Minis in total)

e) Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.

f) Engineer set-up required.

g) The winner must get any consents required (e.g. landlord’s) prior to installation.

h) Winners must redeem the prize within a year. Winners who are in a current pay-TV contract with another provider may defer their Prize for a maximum of 12 months from the date of winning. If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize. If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.

i) There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

j) Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

k) Prize winner will own the Sky dish. The Sky Q box, the Sky Q Mini and all other Sky Q kit is loaned to the winner at no cost and must be returned when the winner’s 12 month prize subscription terminates or when the winner leaves Sky, whichever is earlier. Mechanical faults with the Sky Q kit will be repaired at no cost.

l) Sky Q installations currently average a 28 day waiting period (Covid 19 safety requirements and guidelines allowing)

2. The following terms shall apply to the additional prizes (the “Prize Conditions”):

a) The prize provider will endeavour to deliver electrical items by 25th December, providing the winner confirms their delivery details to the prize provider on 18th December. Delivery is subject to delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

b) All 12 winners will be provided with a 1-month NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass and NOW TV Boost in order to access Sky Cinema, as the Sky Q installation averages a 28-day wait period. This will be provided either as a voucher code to be redeemed at nowtv.com or as a cash alternative (£14.99). If supplied as a voucher code, NOW TV pass will need to be used by stated expiry date. NOW TV pass codes can only be used once. Valid credit or debit card required to set up NOW TV account. Your month viewing period for your NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass and NOW TV Boost will begin as soon as code is redeemed. Available to new and existing NOW TV customers without a Sky Cinema Pass only. c) The £2000 charity donation for the overall winner and £360 charity donations for the 11 runner up winners will be donated directly by the prize provider on the winner’s behalf within 28 days of the winner confirming the name of the charity they would like to donate to. The chosen charity must be registered by the Charity Commission for England and Wales, the OSCR in Scotland or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, or a Trussell Trust registered or seeded foodbank.

d) Food and drink provided for the overall winner will be delivered to the winner’s home by 24th December, providing the winner confirms their address to the prize provider on 18th December. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, food will be delivered either ready-to-eat or fully prepared, seasoned and ready to cook with clear cooking or reheating instructions. The food/drinks package serves a family of up to 6 people and includes breakfast, a 3-course Christmas dinner, snacks, an evening feast, a S’mores kit with a Sky Cinema branded burner, a Zoom cocktail-making and gingerbread decorating class with a professional chef on Christmas eve and a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

e) Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the overall winner’s Christmas decorations will be delivered as a DIY package for the winner to decorate the interior and exterior of their home, including but not limited to a table setting for a family of up to 6 people, lights, a wreath and various interior decorations. Decorations will be delivered by 24th December and will include clear installation instructions.

f) The overall winner will be given a £2,000 budget to choose Christmas presents, i.e. items that they would like to be purchased, wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper and delivered to their house. The winner must provide a clear list of items by no later than 21st December. Items which are in stock and can be delivered by Christmas will be delivered to the winner by 25th December. Where stock is not available or cannot be delivered in time for Christmas, the winner will be provided with a cash alternative.

g) Prizes are subject to delivery delays due to Covid-19.

h) Unless agreed otherwise in writing, there is no cash alternative to the prizes.

i) Unless agreed otherwise in writing, prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

j) Prizes are subject to availability. The prize provider reserves the right to replace any prize that is not available with a cash alternative.
