We are selling and buying through the same agent. There is a move manager who takes over after an offer is accepted. She has been great at communication. Unfortunately we lost our buyer and had to remarket. Found a new one within 48hrs and this time it would appear that the overall manager is overseeing things. Mainly because our purchase is ready to exchange and we need to progress our buyer before the end of Jan. If that doesn't happen we won't be moving, so they are desperate to get it over the line!Debt free Feb 2021 🎉0
