If it’s to do with employment or sexual harassment that’s an entirely different ballgame and not comparable to your situation.
However this is a public forum and it’s not unknown for parties involved in cases to be reading along so I would suggest you be careful about what you post and how identifiable it makes you.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    New to this thank you
  • Horrendous situation. Every sympathy for you.
You can spend precious energy dealing with that kind of mania. Logging it all and the rest of the advice above all sounds good, though provoking her with letters - I don't know.. if she is selling just keep the lawn trimmed and give anyone viewing a friendly wave as you leave the house on the way to church to light a candle!

I know this is extremely stressful for you OP but I really don't think you have anything to worry about - apart from her awful behaviour of course.

So let’s say the police or this tv programme take this on, where is the evidence you have harassed them?  She’s got 6 cctv cameras but you don’t mention they’ve caught any wrongdoing by you. There is the damage to your roof caused by her to which she has the invoice but you can prove a payment made by her, why would she do that?

I really don’t think this woman will be honest about the arguments with you and other neighbours in any sale of her house, honesty doesn't seem to be her strong point after all.

nor would I believe she is the actual person working for that tv programme, unless it’s a very unusual name I wouldn’t believe a word of it, even if she does by chance have the same name she’s unstable and may be telling you a lie because it benefits her.  However, in the meantime, I would do as someone else suggested and write to who she claims is her employers telling them what’s going on with you and other neighbours.

she is clearly deranged and I wouldn’t mind betting that’s why she moved from her old property.  If you can install your own cctv cameras and then live your life, the proof will be in what they can show should the police become involved again.

    Happy moneysaving all.
